♦ MAN GUILTY OF FORGERY AND UTTERING (PRESS ASSOCUTTOS TILEOBAM.) NEW PLYMOUTH, November 12. Richard Albert Dalley, of Auckland, was to-day found guilty by a jury in the Supreme Court on nine charges of forging and uttering share transfer documents in a company known as Extravac, Ltd. The jury strongly recommended Dalley to mercy, and he was remanded for sentence. The uttering took place at Auckland on or about September 16, when Dalley caused share transfer forms to be presented for registration. Nine applicants for shares gave evidence that the signatures on the documents were not theirs. Counsel frankly admitted that Dalley had filled in and signed the transfer forms, thinking he had every right to do so.
