DUKE OF KENT TO ENTER HOUSE OF LORDS
CEREMONY TO-DAY (Bamsl! OFFICIAL WIKKLEB?.) RUGBY, November 5. The Duke of Kent will take his seat in the House of Lords on Wednesday, when it is expected that he will be introduced by his brothers, the Prince of Wales and the Duke of York. During the ceremony the new peer will be conducted into the House by officers of State, and a writ of summons of the King commanding his son to attend Parliament will be read. Afterward the Duke will take the oath of allegiance, and will then be conducted in procession to the Chair of State at the side of the Throne.
