Letters sent to the Editor for printing must be written in ink, on on® side of the paper only, and writers must send in their names and addresses in full, whether they wis* these to be printed or not 2. Complaints weie made by members that it was impossible to catch an ordinary timetable tram on race-days they were packed with people travelling to the races at the usual fare.
