The outcome of that meeting was the establishment, under a special Act of the New Zealand Parliament, of The Perpetual Trustees Company Ltd. The Company does not die, leave the Dominion, or become incapable of acting. The expense of filling vacancies caused by death or removal is avoided. Leading business men support the Co'npany. The assets in its charge are about seven millions sterling and include some of the largest estates in the Dominion. Advisory Trustees or Co-Trustees can be appointed by Testators to act with the Company. The Company will relieve Private Trustees of their responsibilities and worries. The Company will undertake the care and management of affairs for elderly persons or for men desiring a rest from business responsibilities. Funds are invested only in accordance with the Will or Trust Instrument, or the Law, upon carefully valued securities approved by the Board of Directors. The Company does not speculate. Its integrity and security are undoubted. Statements are rendered regularly and Income is paid promptly. . Economy in management is rigidly followed. The Company offers the largest Income Returns, consistent with safety, that funds can earn. _ , The scale of charges is the lowest made by any Corporate Trustee in New Zealand. The Company is subject to the supervision of the Court. A continuous Audit is in operation. All business is strictly confidential.
