Y.M.C.A. WAR SECRETARIES
♦ REUNION AT TRENTHASF Young Men's Christian Association secretaries who served with the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces abroad and in camp held a reunion at Trentham while they were assembled for the opening of the memorial hut. Thirty-eight secretaries were present from Millerton in the south to Auckland, and through the courtesy of the commandant a reunion dinner was held.
Mr J. L. Hay, the first secretary to leave New Zealand with the Young Men's Christian Association, who was in charge first in Egypt and then in France, presided.
