DISPUTE NOT SETTLED
TEES STILL HELD UP The dispute between the crew of the steamer Tees and the owners regarding payment for working cargo is still unsettled, and the departure of the vessel for the Chatham Islands has been further postponed. Yesterday Captain A. Anderson had a further conference with the men, but no agreement was arrived at. Passengers booked to sail by the Tees for the Chatham Islands include Mesdames W. Gentles, E. Brailsford, A. J. Porter, Misses Fisher and N. Mercer. Messrs A. G. Sinclair, P. W. Sim, Northcote, and H. Taylor.
