■. ♦ . ■ FIRST REUNION DINNER The first reunion dinner of the 12th Battery of the New Zealand Field Artillery (N.Z.E.F.) was held last evening in the Returned Soldiers 1 Association Club rooms. Mr J. A. Guild was chairman. . , During the evening many old iriendships and acquaintances were renewed, and tales of experiences were told anc 1 retold.Those present were: Messrs J. A. Guild, T. W. Patterson, R. L. Symonas, H. Marsh, J. Bowden, R. A. Collie, C. J. Christian, W. MacKay, R. J. Templetonl G. Proudlock, M. McKenzie, H. Beal, W. G. Macartney, B. O. H. Stanley, W. M. Evans, W. O. Cowan, F. S. Falloon. C. Hart, W. L. Symonds, B. Owen, A. R. Duthie, G. Glen, G. Ecroyd, K. D. Henderson, J. Gundry, and W. McDonald. Items were given during the evening by Mr Patterson, Mr James Laurenson (recitations). Mr R. Allison, Mr W. Toomey (songs), Mr A. Doig (humorous recitation). Mr C. L. James played the accompaniments. Two toasts were honoured during the evening. Mr Guild proposed the toast of "The King." and Mr Henderson that of "Absent and Fallen Comrades "
