KING'S VOICE RESERVE!) FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS LONDON, November 4. The "'Star" says that the Lord Chamberlain (the Earl of Cromer) has refused permission to broadcast the King's speech tit the opening of the Institute of British Architects, on the ground that it is undesirable that his Majesly's voice should become commonplace. Rather should it be reserved for special occasions.
