PRESBYTERIAN GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OPENING IN DUNEDIN TO-MORROW
The majority of the delegates from Christchurch to the Presbyterian general assembly to be opened in Dunedin to-morrow will travel south by this morning's express. They will be joined by a number of others from the North Island, including the Rt. Rev. D. D. Scott, moderator of the Presbyterian Church in New Zealand, the Rev. J. 11. Mackenzie, senior clerk of the assembly, the Rev. G. Budd, home mission superintendent, the Misses M. Findlay and E. Reid, missionaries who have recently returned from Canton, China, as well as the executive officers of the Presbyterian Women's Missionary Union and others.
