The difference between Americans and Englishmen was explained in a novel way by Dr. W. G. Fern in the course of an address on "How to Increase Your Personal Efficiency" at the Radiant Hall last evening. "The American is born with a self-starter but is liable to stop: the Englishmen are harder to start in many cases but are equipped with a 'never stopper.'"
