A slaughter in taxi fares to about half the new fares will be charged by the Gold Band Private Hire Taxis on and after October 17, when the high scale of fares comes into force. Our lowest fare will still be Is and 6d per rrul°, so give us your full support, as it is the only way to fight those who have created the high fares. Remember, you must 'phone 33-477, as all taxis on stands must charge the high fares. ' —2
