* Under the will of Miss IVun Jane 1c Masurier, who died at Christchurch on August 16, the Public Trustee is appointed executor and trustee. The will provides for the following charitable gifts:--£SO to the divisional officer in command of the Salvation Army in Christchurch, for the general purposes of the Salvation Army in Christchurch. £SO to St. Saviour's Guild Society or Trust Board for the general purDoses of the girls' orphanage under its control at Shirley, Christchurch.
