♦ EXCURSION FAKES Reductions in excursion return fares from Auckland to Vancouver by the Canadian-Australasian Line, and from Wellington to San Francisco by the Union Royal Mail Line, during December, January, and February next, are announced by the Union Steam Ship Company. The fares from Auckland or Wellington will be £72 firstclass and £sl cabin class, which should be attractive to holidaymakers in comparison with the ordinary fares of £IOO 10s and £67 respectively. Passengers have the option of proceeding from Auckland to Vancouver and returning from San Francisco to Wellington, or vice versa (finding their own way between Vancouver and San Francisco, also to and from Auckland or Wellington). The availability of the tickets is limited to three months from the date of departure from New Zealand to the date of embarkation at the American port on the return journey.
