Commenting' on the anthrax scare in New Zealand, attributed to Japanese shaving 'brushes, the Foreign Spokesman declared that very strict sterilisation was carried out in Japanese factories. Moreover, the disease was unheard ol in Japan. Me suggested that local manufacturers were encouraging the agitation.
