The "Evening News'' says the High Council of the Salvation Army is considering abolishing the Salvationist bonnets as being out ot date. It is also proposed that lassies should be allowed to wear sill; stockings. The ban on Salvationists attending einemA may be lilted. Salvation Army however, denied that the High Council had discussed any proposal to change the uniform, and declared that all members of the Army were proud of the bonnet, which women were glad to wear.
