CHILDREN ARMED IN SPAIN
PARTIES PREPARED FOR. REVOLUTION MADRID, August 28. Because socialists and Fascists have enrolled and armed children in preparation for a possible revolution, the Government has forbidden the membership of political associations to anyone under the age of 16. Nine children were killed and 24 wounded in Madrid streets this year, while 470 youths have beer arrested for subversive acts.
