JAPANESE DUMPING
ATTACK POSSIBLE AT GENEVA GENEVA, May 30. There is every probability that the question of Japanese dumping will be raised and will be an acute problem at the International Labour Office Conference next week. There is even a possibility that Japan will withdraw from the conference if the attack is unbridled. She is sending two experts to defend her case, which is that there has been no dumping, but economic expansion, due to scientific methods, Die skill, of the Japanese workers, and depreciation of the yen.
