What lie described as an extraordinary oversight on the part ol the legislature was referred to by Mr P. J. O'Regan, of Wellington, during the hearing in the Supreme Court at Wellington of legal argument concerning a Waihi miners claim for damages. Mr O'Regan said that if a man brought an actios before the Warden's Court his rign* of action under the Workers Compensation Act was gone. Mr Richmond, appearing on the other side of the case, agreed that that was so. Mr Justice Ostler asked vaether, if a case failed in the Warden's Court, it could not he taken 1" the Arbitration Court?
