K. L. MI.N'KO GOING TO FIJI ASSOCIATION TrXIORAM.) HAMILTON, March 23. Mr R. L, Munro, captain of the hockey All Blacks in 1932, has accepted a legal position in Fiji. He will leave shortly. Mr Munro, after graduating bachelor of laws at Auckland University, came to Hamilton live years ago. He was prominently associated with hockey ami led tfie Waikato representatives for several years. He was acknowledged as the finest centre-half in the Dominion. Mr Munro has received several presentations from the Hockey Association and clubs. CANTIiKIU HY COLLEGE WOMEN'S CLUB The annual meeting of the Canterbury College Women's Hockey Club was held last evening in the Students' Union Building, and was well attended. The annual report stated that the club had had a successful year. Misses Mavis Trounce and Eileen Goodjohn Lad been awarded college "blues." The election of officers for 1934 resulted as follows:—President. Miss E. Tosswill; vice-presidents, Mesdames Hendrie, C. Chilton. Malt'hus, Rhodes, R. S. Allan. C. E. Beeby, H. G. Denham, and C. 1!. Foweraker; club captain, Miss Mavis Trounce; secretary. Miss Rae Moore; treasurer, MissCassie 1 laudisides; committee. Misses Nancy Wagner and E'ileen Goodjohn; delegates to Women's Hockey Association. Misses Nancy Wagner and Marjorie Gtidsel I.
