Ratifications of the temporary commercial agreement between the United Kin.gdcari and the Soviet Government have been exchanged , in .Moscow between the British Ambassador and the Soviet Commissariat for Foreign Affairs. Trade: discussions with Kstunio are still proceeding in London. and negotiations with Poland are expected to open in London about the middle of April. Negotiations are also in progress with Lithuania, whose delegation has now returned home to eonsuit its Government. It is anticipated tiiat. negut iat iour with I'ruguay will open next month
