Some sections of the recentlyenacted Companies Act give rise to differences of opinion on interpretation, according to statements made at j a meeting of the executive and investigation committee of the New Zealand Society of Accountants. It was plated to be important that doubtful matters should be cleared up definitely as soon as possible.
