EMPIRE SETTLEMENT
I CHURCH OF ENGLAND'S CARE FOR IMMIGRANTS LONDON. March 20. The Church of England Council lor Empire Settlement has circularised the clergy asking them to brim; before their congregations on April 23 the subject of the Church's care of her people taking up life overseas. The circular emphasises the importance •of having plans laid against the time when the Dominions, having absorbed their unemployed, can welcome a large inflow from Great Britain.
