MAGISTRATE'S COURT
SATURDAY (•Before E. D. Mosley, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Frederick John Wornald, age;l 41 years, a labourer of no fixed abode, was charged with being found drunk in Waimairi road and with wilfully resisting a constable in the lawful execution of his duty. On the first count he was fined 10s and costs, in default 24 hours' imprisonment, and on the second was convicted and sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment. CHILDREN S COURT (Before Mr H. A. ' 'oung, S.M., and Mr W. M. West, J.P.) A boy, aged .16 years, for cycling at r.ight without a light, was fined 2s and another aged 15 years for riding on a footpath was fined 2s 6d. Neither appeared.
