MR D. O'REILLY [ s c (raou cue own coRRSsroNDiKT.) f l LONDON, January 12. 1 Mr Daniel O'itciJly, who claimed to have viaited practically every country p in the world, and who, from a ship- s wrecKod emigrant, became a land- v owner and hotel proprietor, and a J magistrate in Hastings, New Zealand, cl died at an advanced age at Morrison's y Island, Cork, on January 13. A native u 'of Skibberecn, as a boy he ran away 7 to sea in a sailing vessel bound from Cork to Plymouth, nariowly escaping with his life when his first voyage ended in shipwreck near Ballycotton. On a later voyage he was wrecked in Cook Strait.
