ESPIONAGE ALLEGED IN SPAIN
POUR MEN ARRESTED BARCELONA, February 7. An Englishman, a German, an Italian, and a Spaniard, who are alleged to be important international spies, and who were engaged in mapping and photographing the Catalan coast of the Balearic Islands, were arrested on a yacht al. Barcelona. They are being detained in solitary confinement. The police, it is understood, have seized documents containing diplomatic references, which it is alleged are compromising to high military and naval interests.
