♦ REPORT OF RECENT ACTIVITIES! A meeting of the general committee' of the Canterbury and West Coast Centre of the St. John Ambulance Association was held last evening, Dr J. Restell Thomas presiding. The invalid transport report indicated that during November of 1933, 349 calls were received, these involving the ambulances in travelling 3341 miles. The cost of that work was £IBO 19s 9d.
