In Other Centres. Auckland—a light southerly wind blew in Auckland yesterday, and continuous rain fell. The barometer has fallen to 29.65 in. Wellington—Almost continuous rain was experienced in Wellington up until 4 p.m. yesterday, and .99 inches of rain fell. The maximum temperature was 57 degrees. Dunedin—The weather was again wet and unsettled yesterday, rain fallin? at intervals. A light north-east wind prevailed and the maximum temperature was 58 degrees. FORECAST 'From readings taken at 4 p.m.) General Situation—A moderate cyclone is centred over the Bay of Plenty, while an anti-cyclone covers the Western Tasman Sea. Winds—South-east to southerly, moderate generally, but increasing in and north of Cook Strait. Seas, New Zealand Waters—Moderate generally, but rising north of Fareveil Spit and Kaikoura. Eastern Tasman Sea—Moderate
