PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following Resolution was adopted by the Sumner Borough Council at its meeting held on November 13th, 1933. "Pursuant to the provisions of the Dog Registration Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, that the fee to be paid for the registration of any Dog kept within the Borough of Sumner for the year, 1934, will be Ten Shillings, excepting such Dogs as are specified under Section 8, Paragraph C, of the said Act, for which the fee shall be Two Shillings and Sixpence. XTOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Amuri County Council held on the 3rd day of November, 1933, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on the sth day of January, 1934, at 10.30 a.m., at the Council Chambers, Culver den. RESOLUTION. In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Parts 111. and IV. of "The Counties Act, 1920," the Amuri County Council hereby makes by Special Order a By-law entitled "Hawkers' and Pedlars' By-law." The object ; id purport of the proposed By-laws are to prohibit any person from selling or exposing for sale any goods, wares, or merchandise by carrying same from house to house or from place to place within the County of Amuri unless and until the consent in writing of the said Council thereto shall have been first obtained. A full copy of the said By-law is deposited at the County Offices at Culverden and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until and including the 4th day of January, 1934.
