The newspapers litre say there is another (Hm war in progress, and that powerful rival moving picture interests have announced their intention of building new theatre:; in Sydney and other stale capitals. The Government to-night announced the appointment of Mr F. Marks to investigate the activities of the cinema companies with a view, if necessary, of obtaining greater contnw of foreign distributors.
