AUCTIONS. H. MATSON AND CO. THE CLOSE OF THE YEAR THE CLOSE OF THE YEAR THE CLOSE OF THE YEAR 1933. 1933. 1933. 11 MATSON and CO. look back on the year's trading at the Addington Centre with a great deal of satisfaction, although the sales in all Sections have varied and have been subject to fluctuations. 1 The year has been one that all Sheepowners will look back on in the future, as it has been responsible for a complete somersault from a basis of low values to increased prices from 30 per cent, to 50 per cent, since last March. Such has not bet«T the case, however, as far as the Cattle Section of the Market is concerned, but we hope that the general improved note of confidence and the greater spending power will re-act on both the Dairy and Fat Cattle Departments, in the near future. Throughout the year, Matsons have put their usual weekly Market Report on the Addington Sale in "The Press" on Thursday Morning for the benefit of the Farmers, Landholders, and Wool Growers, and we sincerely believe that this has been of material assistance and value to all. WE THANK ALL THOSE CLIENTS WHO HAVE STAUNCHLY ENTRUSTED THEIR BUSINESS TO H. MATSON and CO., AND BEING A PRIVATE FIRM, WE DOUBLY APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT THAT HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO US THROUGHOUT THE 12 MONTHS. For the Corning Year—l 934 —we hope we will not only retain the goodwill and the business of those for whom we have acted in the past, but that we will get a larger and increased list of Selling Clients. i The knowledge we have acquired in our 69 years of Trading will be at the disposal of those who put their business through us. We know that the goodwill of all and sundry is vital to our Firm, and whether buyers or sellers, we want your goodwill and what business you can put our way. We have always found that one volunteer is worth a thousand pressed men. FOR 1934 WE EXTEND TO YOU FOR 1931 WE EXTEND TO YOU OUR HEARTY GOOD WISHES. OUR HEARTY GOOD WISHES. I Well CHEERIO and throughout the New Year keep in front of you always the fact that we are in business and are out to do our utmost to produce tho very best results. M 6835
