AUSTRIAN FRONTIER INCIDENT
♦ REGRET EXPRESSED TO GERMANY (Received November 29, 9.20 p.m.) BERLIN, November 23. The Austrian Minister will express regret to Baron von Neurath (Minister for Foreign Affairs) for the shooting of the German soldier, Schumacher, by Austrian frontier guards. A message from Vienna says il is believed that the incident was closed at a meeting between Dr. Dollfuss and the German Minister.
