A STORMY TRIP
teks arrives kkom the CHATHAM ISLANDS The Tees, which arrived a! Lyftcl--1oi) shortly before midnight on Sunday night .from till: Chatham Islands, had a rough trip from the islands, heavy north-westerly and then .southwesterly winds being encountered. She brought two passengers. Miss O'Malley and IVlr S. M. Din, and discharged sheep, wool, and cheese. The Tees sailed again yesterday afternoon lor Pill. Island and Owcnga. She look no passengers. The vessel will load sheep at Pitt Island and fish at Owenga, and is due back at Lytlelton about Monday or Tuesday next. The Tees is timed to sail on Tuesday for Wellington, where she will discharge her cargo of fish, and she will proceed to Waitangi from that port.
'HIP, PORT CISBOKNK The C and D. Line motor-ship Port Gisborne left London on October 12 for Suva. Dunedin, and Lyttelton. She is clue at Dunedin about November 27. COPTIC IN PORT The Shaw, Savill. and Albion Company's motor-ship Coptic arrived at Lyttelton early yesterday morning from Port Chalmers to continue discharge of her London cargo. She is to sail to-night or to-morrow for Timaru to complete discharge, and is to sail from that port for Melbourne, where she will commence Homeward loading.
THE KIWri'EA The Union Company's intercolonial steamer Kiwitea is due at Lvttelton on October 27 from Adelaide and Hobarl,via Blu.fr, Dunedin, and Oamaru. i TUP. PORT WAIKATO The motor-ship Port Waikato js due at Lyttelton next week with hardwood and poles from Port Stephens, Clarence; river, and Coff's Harbour. She will' proceed to Dunedin and Timaru.
