LABOUR PARTY WANTED IN AMERICA
STEEL WORKERS' PROPOSAL WASHINGTON, October 3. One of the most important resolutions introduced to the American Federation of Labour Convention was presented by the steel workers, who asked for the formation of a Labour party, and declare that neither Republicans nor Democrats could be counted on to further the aims or advance the conditions of Labour.
