TO THE EDITOR OF THE FHESS. Sir, —The Hitler Government in Germany has issued 3 decree which should be of considerable interest to people in a small way of business all over the world. It has informed the big departmental stores that they must cut out restaurants, barber and beauty de-' partments, photographic studios,
watch and optical and motor and bicycle repair shops, circulating libraries, and tailors' shops. This measure is designed to give employment to independent workers and small businesses and to improve the chances of the little man holding his own against; the big man.—-Yours, etc.. PAULOS.
