ROAD OVER HAAST PASS?
The project of making a road from Lake Wanaka over the Haast Pass to South Westland is being considered by the Unemployment Board as a means of providing work for the unemployed, according to a letter received from the board by the South Island (N.Z.) Motor Union at a meeting of the executive committee last night.
