SCOTT'S STATUE
TO TUB EDITOC OF THK PHBSS. Sir—Perhaps our City Council could see its way clear to keep the above statue clean at all times and not leave it to be done once a year. No doubt its action would be appreciated by many.—Yours, etc., AN ADMIRER. September 8, 1933. (The Town Clerk (Mr J. S. Neville) stated last evening that the statue was cleaned periodically and that the attention of the City Engineer's department would be drawn to it to-day.]
