. ~ ffi THE CANTERBURY CHAMPIONSHIPS Arrangements for the Canterbury championships were discussed at a meeting of the committee of the Canterbury Badminton Association last evening. Mr W. H. Hughes presided, and there were also prevnt Messrs T. O'Brien, B. Hill. J. Walsh, A. Low, R. M. Small, and K. N. McGillivray (serretary). Affiliation was granted to the Christchurch, Todd Motors, and Devonshire Clubs. Mr C. W. H. Ronaldson was ap* pointed handicapper for the handicap events at the Canterbury championships. The committee decided to hold a meeting on Monday next, to arrange the draw for events at the championships.
