! Someone with a sense of humour hung a diminutive alarm clock from the bracket from which is to be suspended the new Wanganui town clock, and the small timepiece caused considerable amusement in the avenue on Monday morning as it dangled over the street. Some idea of the size of the new clock may be gained from the dimensions of the frame which is to support it. In the afternoon the dials of the main clock were placed in position. SEPARATORS FOR NEW SEASON. We still have a few separators landed prior to the exchange going up, which we are selling at the old prices. Dairy farmers who require new machines should seize this, opportunity of getting in before prices rise. MASON, STRUTHERS AND CO., LTD. —1
