Sturmers, plentiful supplies are available and arc realising for best quality 6s a case, others 4s to ss. New Zealand lemons, supplies are more plentiful and prices are a little lower; extra choice lines up to 17s a case, others 10s to 14b. Poorman. oranges are plentiful and are bringing 6s to 7s a case. Imported Fruit—A shipment of Californian Valencia* and grapefruit, came to hand during the week, the valencias realising 33s to 34s a case, arid grapefruit. 37s 6d a case. A shipment, of Tsland orange* and » few tomatoes :y)zo came to hand during the week. The oranges were in excellent condition and realised from 19s to 23s Od a case, and the tomatoes 12s to 15s. Hawaiian pines: A few cases were available during the week, and realised up to 268 a case for best quality.

North Island poorman oranges are in better supply, and the prices are lower. Good prices are being obtained for dessert pears. Odd lines of hothouse to atoes are still arriving from Christchurch. Bananas are not so plentiful. A further shipment of Rarotongans arrived on Thursday, and these will be ripe early next week.
