•.I'V.K.-:. ASSOCIATION' TELK.V.IAM.) BLENHEIM, July 28. Mr E. J. Brammall, president of the Marlborough Returned Soldiers' Association, had breakfast in Blenheim this morning. He then flew to Wellington, where he conducted four cases before the War Pensions Appeal Board, and was back in Blenheim for lunch.
