FOUNDATION STONE LAID. (rBESS ASSOCIATION TTLZGB-IX.) AUCKLAND, July 27. Lord Bledisloe lai<f the foundation stone of a new home for the aged blind of the Dominion in the grounds of the New Zealand Institute for the Blind. He paid a tribute to the work of the institute, and appealed for Dominion wide support.
