HOT WEATHER IN BRITAIN.
+ MANY COLLAPSE AT GOODWOOD. (Received July 27, 11.10 pan.) LONDON, July 27. A shade temperature of 88 degrees was recorded in London and at places far apart from each other yesterday, which was the hottest day of the year. Many collapsed at Goodwood races.
