CONCRETE VTOKKEKS' j DISPUTE. | The wages payable to concrete pipeworkers were the subject of a dispute heard at the Conciliation Council yesterday morning between the Hume Pipe Company < Aust.), Ltd., and the Canterbury General Labourers' | Union, Christchureh.
