♦ COM MISSION'S DECISION. KOBE, July 12. The Hsinpltirig Constitution Drafting Commission has agreed, in accordance with the general' wishes of the people, that Manchukuo should become a constitutional monarchy It. l? expected that after collaboration with Japanese experts', MiHenry Pu-yi will ascend the throne at an appropriate moment.
[Mr Henry Pu-Yi was formerly the Emperor Hsuan-Tung. of China. He is 30 years old. Pu-yi is the family name of the old Imperial house, to which he reverted when he left China to go into Manchukuo under Japanese protection.!
