DISARMAMENT.
MR HENDERSON IN FRANCE DISCUSSION ON MANUFACTURE OF ARMS. (BRITISH OFFICIAL VVIKKLJSSS.) (Received July 12, 8.15 p.m.') RUGBY, July 11. Mr Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, opened his disarmament conversations in Paris with M. Edoi. ' Daladier, the French Premier, and M. Paul-Boncour, Foreign Minister. It is understood that the discussion centred on the international control of armaments, including those manufactured in private factories, as authorised by the general commission of the Disarmament Conference. Mr Henderson will later hold similar conversations in other European capitals.
