INDOOR BOWLS.
Inter-club matches played at the indoor bowling rinks last night between teams representing the Papanui and the Hornby Bowling Clubs were botli won by Papanui, by 24 points to 22 and 24 points to 20 respectively. The opposing teams, Papanui names being mentioned first in each case, were:— Cowles, Chester, Hadley, and Morrison v. Dove, Mackie, Allen and Grant; Smith, Hayles, Bond and Banks v. Knight, Wilstead, McTalnsh, and Bailey. A challenge match for the Petersen button was played between teams consisting of Burns. Vogel. Hunt, and Burgess against Britten, Trebilcock, Anderson, and Guntrip. The former team won hv 20 -Doints to 17L
