SPECIAL ORDER. •*• 45 of the Electric Power Boards Act, 1925, is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Board, held on the 20th day of June, 1933, is was resolved that the uniform rate to be struck by the Malvern Electric Power Board on the 18th day of July, 1933, on all rateable property in the district, pursuant to Section 56 of the Electric Power.Boards Act, 1925, shall be paid only on the properties for which a supply of power will be available at the time such rate is made, at or within 10 chains of the boundary of such properties, and that with respect to all other properties such rate shall not be payable, nor any part thereof.
