PUBLIC NOTICE pursuant to Section 54 of the Rating Act, 1925, is hereby given that the Malvern Electric Power Board proposes at its meeting to be held at the Board's Offices, Darfield, on Tuesday, the eighteenth day of July, at the hour of twothirty o'clock in the afternoon, to make a rate of one farthing in the £ on all rateable property in the Board's district pursuant to section 56 of "The Electric Power Boards' Act, 1925," and that such rate shall be payable in one sum on the fourteenth day of August, 1933. Such rate is for the period of one year, commencing on the Ist April, 1933. and ending 31st March, 1934.
