PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY.

The annual meeting of the Canterbury College Photographic Society was held last evening, Mr J. R. Pollard presiding. Suggestions were invited from members concerning improvements to the darkroom, and it was decided to overhaul the existing equipment and to make several additions. A new darkroom, it was stated, would shortly be brought into commission for the convenience of members. The financial position of the club was reported as being sound. The officers elected were: President, Mr J. R. Pollard; vice-president, Mr V. J. Packer; secretary, Mr R. E. Clark; committee, Miss J. E. Bull, Messrs E. S. Borthwick, R. H. K. Thomson, B. T. Carew, and T. E. Easterfleld.
