AUSTRALIAN ELECTED PRESIDENT. LONDON, June 26. Mr C. D. J. Bryant, has been elected president of the London Sketch ,Club. [Mr Charles David Jones Bryant was born in Sydney, and was in his early years a bank clerk there. He studied art in Sydney and met with such: success in Australia that he was encouraged to go to England in 1908. He was one of the official artists attached to the Australian force on the Western Front in 1917. In 1923 he visited the Mandated Territory of New Guinea as official artist to the Commonwealth Government.]
